I am a licensed NYS therapist, LMSW and a Graduate of Adelphi University. I specialize in trauma work, acute, chronic or complex trauma. I am versed in Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) and EMDR trauma modules. As a former first responder myself I have a deep passion helping Military, Medical, Fire and Police personnel. I have also worked with couples, families, and young adults; if you have substance abuse issues, anxiety, depression, bereavement struggles, relationship issues, we can work through it together.
