I’m currently in my final program year for my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Kairos University. MFTs take a systems approach to therapy and understand that life is a complex web of systems that can create problems rather than individual pathology.

I’m passionate about helping clients create generational change by helping couples, families or individuals communicate better and improve their relationships. I’m also interested in helping my clients identify the root of issues rather than focusing solely on the symptoms. Many of the difficulties we have as adults result from ways we’ve learned to adapt after early life events.

I am certified in Prepare-Enrich for pre-marital work, and some of my favorite modalities include EFT, Gottman, Bowen, Solution-Focused, IFS, and CBT. I also specialize in Christian Therapy should a client request it.
