As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I aspire to create a space for clients to learn more about themselves in the therapy process by finding effective ways to communicate, develop coping skills, and explore what makes them who they are.

My desire is to see couples and individuals have honest conversations in a space that is safe and nonjudgmental. I meet clients where they are at and begin a therapeutic journey that can be healing, reflective, and life-changing.

I graduated with an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hofstra University. My specialties include working with college students and young adults navigating through relational conflicts, teaching healthy communication skills and anxiety, identifying negative behavior patterns that can impact individual or relational functioning, and understanding the root of the behaviors and sexual intimacy.

I believe we all can change if given practical tools, encouragement, support, and opportunity. In my approach for couples and individuals, I use evidence-based models such as Emotion-Focused Therapy and The Gottman M ethod.

If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you are just ready to move in a new direction in your life, we look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
