Consequently, relationship systems are one the most complex to navigate. All our life events and milestones, even the joyous ones, cause disruptions, invoke anxieties, or at the very least, produce major changes. Whether the events have long term effect on us, we are in control of these situations, or we are aware of how our minds are processing these changes, there are consequences that we need to manage, especially the emotional ones. These feelings are difficult to steer and become even more challenging in the context of a couple or family, where more than one set of emotions are involved.
However, no one has to take this journey of self discovery alone. I would cherish the chance, and be honored, to help people conquer their fears, accept and love themselves, and thrive in joyful and meaningful relationships. Let us do it together.
