Often, the decision to seek support can be the most difficult part of the growth process and I applaud you for your courage in taking this first step. Working from a systemic, relationally-based perspective, I encourage open, collaborative communication with your authentic self, in a safe and judgment-free environment.
My goal is to provide compassionate care and to help you create a clear path to move forward in all your relationships. Whether you are looking for coping skills to manage your life better, to identify negative behavior patterns within yourself or a relationship or need a safe place and someone to talk to, I work directly with my patients to achieve any goal.
I welcome individuals, couples, families, and the LGBTQ community in my practice. My specialties include, but are not limited to, marital and relational issues, chronic illness/pain, anxiety, depression, and teen issues. I look forward to hearing from you so we can begin this journey together.
